Assistant Outlet Manager – Airport Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support bar and restaurant operations at Terminal 1, Perth Airport, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day venue operations and compliance with food safety standards.
• Lead, mentor and train team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist management in achieving operational and service goals.

Required profile

• Previous supervisor or Assistant Manager experience in a fast‑paced bar/café/restaurant.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, Approved Managers Card and Food Safety Certificate.
• Strong people leadership with recruiting, mentoring and training experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
