FP&A Analyst

About the role

Heidi is building AI‑powered solutions to reduce clinicians' administrative burden. The FP&A Analyst will support strategic finance decisions, investor reporting, and the revenue funding facility to help scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for growth investment, commercial planning and capital allocation.
• Analyse revenue, sales efficiency, customer cohorts, payback and cash impact, surfacing trade‑offs across growth, spend and operational capacity.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting and performance reviews with commercial and operational teams.
• Own investor reporting packs, KPI dashboards and coordinate inputs across Finance, Data and Commercial teams.
• Manage the revenue funding facility rhythm, including monthly reporting, lender reviews, covenant monitoring and renewal planning.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years in investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience with imperfect or evolving data.
• Experience supporting funding, capital allocation, investor or lender‑facing analysis.
• Commercial judgement and curiosity about performance drivers in a high‑growth SaaS business.
