About the role
St Vincent's Care Services Kew, a 135-bed residential aged care facility in Melbourne, is looking for a Food Services Assistant for a permanent part-time afternoon shift position. You will help an experienced team create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a catering and kitchen service that fits the organisation's mission and philosophy
- Deliver high-quality food services for residents, customers and staff
- Work a rotating roster
Required profile
- Experience in hospitality, an aged care facility, a hospital or a related field is ideal
- Ability to work a rotating roster and flexibility
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- National Criminal History Check; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required
