Food & Beverage Duty Manager (Outlets)

About the role

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, part of the Accor group, is looking for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for its outlets. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, you will run the Restaurant, Cafe, Bar and Room Service shifts smoothly and keep guests and team satisfied. You will also support the F&B leadership team with training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Run the Restaurant, Cafe, Bar and Room Service efficiently, supporting revenue initiatives and cost controls with the F&B Outlets Manager, Director of F&B and Hotel Manager
• Help recruit, onboard and train new team members, maintaining brand standards and an upselling culture
• Meet and greet VIP clients and prepare major events, including their operational requirements
• Prepare team members for shifts through briefings and grooming standards, and keep rosters covered for future events
• Handle client feedback promptly and interact regularly with Sales & Marketing to promote F&B promotions

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in fast-paced food and beverage operations
• Valid RSA
• Able to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Must hold Australian working rights; sponsorship is not available
