Food & Beverage Attendants

About the role

We are hiring multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants to start from September for the busy summer season at Strahan Village. The role involves working across several on‑site venues, delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting the team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, including bar, restaurant and café operations.
• Accurately process orders, handle cashier duties and maintain service stations.
• Set up and reset restaurant, function and event spaces, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Stock buffet areas and dining spaces, keeping them guest‑ready.

Required profile

• Previous experience in bartending, wait‑staff or barista roles, preferably in high‑volume or event settings.
• Physical ability to lift and move tables and chairs.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety certification.
• Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong bar, cocktail and mixology skills.
• Barista proficiency for high‑volume coffee service.
• Knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer and wine.
• Ability to follow sequence of service principles and general service operations.
