Food & Beverage Attendant – Upscale Italian Restaurant

About the role

Join Flaminia, the newly opened Italian seafood restaurant at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, and deliver refined coastal Italian dining to guests with stunning harbour views. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide polished, high‑volume service in a premium, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and recommend items from an Italian‑focused wine list and seafood specials.
• Take orders accurately, accommodate dietary requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide polished table service, including wine pours, dish presentation and proactive check‑backs.
• Maintain venue standards during peak periods and support seamless team coordination.
• Uphold Accor Heartist values and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in upscale restaurant service.
• Strong wine knowledge and proven upselling ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and events.
• RSA certificate, professional appearance and alignment with Accor values.

Required skills

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Wine knowledge.
