Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Felons Brewing Co., a modern brewery and hospitality destination beneath the Story Bridge on the Brisbane River, is looking for Food & Beverage Attendants. The role suits people who take pride in their craft, thrive in high-energy environments and deliver service with intention and care.

Key responsibilities

• Create a genuine, welcoming first impression for every guest
• Deliver efficient, friendly service across all areas of the venue
• Maintain strong product knowledge of food and beverage offerings to recommend confidently
• Keep presentation standards impeccable across tables, bars and service areas
• Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating to a manager when needed
• Uphold RSA and food safety standards
• Support colleagues during peak periods and contribute to a positive team culture

Required profile

• Weekend availability (Friday to Sunday) is essential
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced venues is highly regarded
• Ability to work late finishes, up to 1am
• Valid Queensland RSA
• Natural passion for hospitality; training is provided
• Collaborative, proactive mindset and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with Felons, its offerings or activations is an advantage
