About the role

Cater Care operates the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport and is looking for a Restaurant Manager. Red Rooster is one of Australia's most loved chicken brands, serving food and memorable experiences for almost 50 years. As Restaurant Manager you will lead the team and take ownership of restaurant performance, ensuring great food, outstanding service and high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and manage costs
• Develop your crew and build a positive culture where everyone can thrive

Required profile

• Proven hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of commercial performance
• Availability to work a Monday to Sunday variable roster
• Current driver's licence

Required skills

• Knowledge of employee relations and applicable employment awards is highly regarded
