Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Minor Hotels is seeking enthusiastic, service‑driven Food & Beverage Attendants for the Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel on a casual basis. The role involves working breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quality coffee and beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and excellent presentation.
• Take guest orders accurately, accommodating preferences and dietary requirements.
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and recommend suitable food and beverage options.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging warmly with guests and promptly addressing their needs.
• Assist with general Food & Beverage duties such as setup, cleaning, and maintaining service areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role.
• Warm, approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
