About the role

Grill'd is opening a new restaurant on Albert Street in Brisbane and wants experienced team members to join its launch team. The role suits people with previous QSR or hospitality experience who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of key stations such as the grill, dress bench, floor or till
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support and mentor newer team members
• Keep shifts running smoothly, especially during peak service

Required profile

• Previous QSR or hospitality experience
• Leadership potential and readiness to take on extra responsibility
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
• Comfortable under pressure and confident handling busy periods
• Right to work in Australia and at least 16 years old
