Food & Beverage Attendant / Bar Attendant

About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Mercure Perth, delivering warm, guest‑focused service across our restaurant, bar and event spaces. You will be the face of our dining venues, welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders and serve food and drinks in the restaurant, bar and banquet areas.
• Promote locally sourced menus, beverage lists and daily promotions to guests.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑organized dining and bar areas in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Positive, helpful attitude with a genuine passion for guest interaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, efficient and friendly under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Western Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
