Food & Beverage Attendant / Bar Attendant

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Mercure Perth, delivering warm, guest‑focused service across our restaurant, bar and event spaces. You will be the face of our dining venues, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders and serve food and drinks in the restaurant, bar and banquet areas.
• Promote locally sourced menus, beverage lists and daily promotions to guests.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑organized dining and bar areas in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Warm, positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest interaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm, efficient and friendly under pressure.
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Western Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
