About the role

Join the brand‑new Parklands Social: NY Deli & Grill at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill and be a key part of creating memorable guest experiences in a relaxed, New‑York‑inspired setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a genuine smile and provide friendly, personalised service.
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver them confidently and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails and other drinks.
• Set up, clear and maintain restaurant and bar areas throughout service.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and wider F&B team for smooth operations.
• Answer menu questions, make recommendations and support events or hotel‑wide F&B operations when needed.

Required profile

• Loves hospitality and enjoys looking after people.
• Warm, friendly and positive personality with strong communication skills.
• Team‑player who stays calm and organised during busy periods.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Possesses a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate for Queensland.
