Casual Housekeeper & Common Area Cleaner – Brisbane CBD

About the role

Minor Hotels is expanding its Housekeeping team in Brisbane CBD and is looking for energetic, detail‑oriented cleaners to join on a casual basis. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, make beds, vacuum floors and sanitize bathrooms.
• Perform common‑area cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all training.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and uphold safety protocols.

Required profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical fitness for repetitive bending, lifting and standing.
• Professional communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
