Food and Beverage Attendant - Full-Time and Casual

About the role

Stamford Plaza Adelaide is recruiting enthusiastic, service-focused individuals for its Food & Beverage team, working across the Terrace Gardens Restaurant, Cascades Cocktail Lounge, La Boca, Banquets and In-Room Dining. The role reports to the F&B Manager or department leader and supports daily service, high service standards and memorable dining and event experiences. Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with restaurant, bar and banquet setup and pack-down
• Maintain clean, organised and well-presented service areas
• Support service during conferences, events and functions
• Assist with in-room dining orders and service as required
• Respond to guest enquiries and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
• Follow food safety, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), workplace health and safety and company procedures

Required profile

• Positive, reliable and service-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, bar or function environment
• Current South Australian RSA certification
• Availability to work a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays
