F&B Supervisor, Team Leader & Attendants

About the role

Stamford Grand Adelaide is recruiting for its F&B team across the Grand Bar, Promenade Restaurant, Banquets and In-Room Dining. The positions are F&B Supervisor (full time), F&B Team Leader (full time) and F&B Attendant (casual). All roles report to the F&B Manager and department leader and involve working across the hotel's outlets and functions.

Key responsibilities

• F&B Supervisor: oversee daily service operations, lead and coach team members, assist with staff allocation and briefing, monitor guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, workplace health and safety and company procedures, support stock control and cash handling, and train team members.
• F&B Team Leader: coordinate service during busy periods, guide Attendants, set up service areas, resolve routine service issues, support onboarding and training, communicate operational updates, and help with opening/closing, stock replenishment and outlet operations.
• F&B Attendant: serve guests, take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, help with restaurant, bar and banquet setup and pack-down, support service at conferences and events, assist with In-Room Dining orders, and follow food safety and RSA procedures.

Required profile

• Positive, reliable and service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good time management, able to work independently and as part of a team, with professional presentation.
• Flexible to work across different F&B operations and on a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays; shift allocation depends on the position and business needs.
• For Supervisor: previous supervisory or senior F&B experience, leadership skills, and current RSA certification.
• For Team Leader: previous F&B experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, bar or function setting, and current RSA certification.
• For Attendant: hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; current RSA certification where required for the duties performed.
