Fixed‑term Registrar (Rehabilitation) – Aug 2026 to Jan 2027

About the role

This is a fixed‑term, full‑time Registrar (Rehabilitation) position running from August 2026 to January 2027. You will work within HammondCare’s mission‑driven environment to deliver medical clinical care to in‑patients and out‑patients under the supervision of a Specialist‑in‑charge.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with members of the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.
• Maintain a high standard of personal professionalism in all activities.
• Implement a personal learning program for the term in collaboration with your Specialist Supervisor.

Required profile

• Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
• Medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
• Primary medical degree, eligible for registration, and at least two years of supervised practice as an RMO.
• Competence in the relevant specialty area consistent with training level.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and patience.
