Financial Analyst – GLNG Downstream Plant & Pipeline Operations

About the role

Join Santos as a Financial Analyst supporting the GLNG Downstream Plant and Pipeline Operations. You will provide financial planning, reporting, forecasting and cost‑control expertise to ensure strong financial performance and compliance across operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting processes for the GLNG operation.
• Monitor and analyse operational expenditure, delivering insights against budget and forecast.
• Maintain accurate financial data through reconciliations, accruals and financial controls.
• Manage cash calls, expenditure reporting and Joint Venture compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and operations stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in accounting or equivalent.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Minimum five years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive approach with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
