About the role

The Shire of East Pilbara, the largest local government authority in Western Australia, is recruiting Finance Officers in Newman. Multiple positions are available, and the role is permanent and full time. The salary is stated as up to $82,045 per year.

Required profile

• Demonstrated competence in accurate data entry and administration.
• Work experience in accounts payable management.
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for excellence in financial processes.
• Self-management, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain positive stakeholder relations and a professional customer experience.
• Current WA 'C' class driver's licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of and experience using computer systems and software packages.
• Accurate data entry and administration.
