Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & Business Partnering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, planning and business partnering activities. The role is pivotal in ensuring strong financial governance while delivering insights that support performance and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and regulatory requirements and maintain robust financial controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive timely resolution of findings.
• Provide insightful management reporting, performance analysis, forecasts and variance commentary.
• Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, costs, profitability and forecasting.
• Support investment evaluations, business case development and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial risks, identifying opportunities and mitigating issues.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial management, statutory reporting and compliance.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
• Excellent management reporting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with project accounting and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, governance and risk management.
• Effective business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Relevant accounting/finance qualification (e.g., CA, CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
