Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Neverfail Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Neverfail Finance, you will work closely with Supply Chain leaders to provide trusted financial advice, commercial insights and decision support that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Analyse business performance and recommend actions to optimise profitability and operational outcomes.
• Support capital investment planning through robust financial analysis and business case development.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and performance management.
• Influence business decisions by clearly communicating financial insights and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain and the wider Neverfail leadership team.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Ability to build trusted relationships quickly and communicate confidently with stakeholders.
