Finance Business Partner (Regional)

About the role

Join a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation as a Finance Business Partner, working at the centre of operational decision‑making. You will report to the Head of Finance and Corporate Services and partner with senior managers to drive performance, monitor costs and influence strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial visibility across programs, translating data into actionable insights.
• Manage day‑to‑day finance functions including AP/AR, payroll, NDIS Plan Management, facilities and fleet.
• Support monthly and year‑end reporting cycles, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Conduct financial modelling, develop tools to drive cost control and strengthen operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with senior accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and payroll management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes.
• Experience in a not‑for‑profit or health‑related environment is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with business intelligence reporting tools.
• Financial modelling and analysis capability.
