About the role
Reporting to the Global VP of Finance, this Finance Business Partner role supports Hexagon Mining in the APAC region, driving financial performance and providing strategic insights.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop budgets, forecasts and financial plans aligned with strategy.
- Support bi‑annual strategy and quarterly business review processes.
- Provide financial insights and guidance on business strategies across cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies and perform variance analysis.
- Assist leaders with financial modelling and translate data into actionable insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a STEM field; CPA/CMA, MBA or similar preferred.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on financial planning and reporting.
- Strong analytical ability to extract and interpret data from multiple complex streams.
- Proven relationship‑building skills across local and global stakeholders.
