FIFO Civil Supervisor – WA Projects

About the role

Whittens is seeking experienced FIFO Civil Supervisors to join upcoming infrastructure projects in Western Australia. You will lead on‑site teams delivering precast concrete arches, roadworks, earthworks and drainage works.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the construction workforce, including direct labour, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
• Supervise daily activities on precast concrete arch underpasses, road and earthworks, and drainage installations.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a civil construction supervisor.
• S26 Supervisor certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience working in a FIFO environment.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.
• Self‑starter with excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
