About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our high‑performing Sydney team. This role involves providing on‑site support for a broad portfolio of market‑leading medical technology across the Sydney metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver field‑based service, troubleshooting and maintenance of medical equipment for customers.
- Interact directly with customers daily, ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance.
Required profile
- Hands‑on, technically minded with a strong curiosity and practical problem‑solving approach.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills, plus a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding abilities.
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with confidence using tools and technical equipment.
