Field Sales Representative – Ipswich to Toowoomba

About the role

As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) for Red Bull you will own a defined territory between Ipswich and Toowoomba, driving product availability and brand presence across corporate, independent retail and P&C accounts. You will work independently in the field, building relationships and executing the Perfect Store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a geographical patch, meeting distribution and availability targets.
• Develop and execute business‑development plans, visiting allocated accounts regularly.
• Increase distribution width and depth, converting new leads in non‑traditional channels.
• Maintain in‑store presence according to Perfect Store standards, securing cold‑can and cashier placements.
• Collaborate with third‑party partners to achieve sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; FMCG background preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid full driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
