Field Coordinator

About the role

Join Miele's Field Sales team as a Field Coordinator, providing essential operational support to the State Sales team and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities across the retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate field sales activities such as display stock orders, transfers, installations, and dealer display maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the State Sales Manager, including reporting, presentations, meeting coordination, and minute taking.
• Support planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and other sales events.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and customer requests.
• Manage point‑of‑sale materials, brochures, display stock and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and sales data to support business decision‑making.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to dealer and consumer enquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer‑focused approach and ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
