Facilities & Building Management – Expression of Interest

About the role

JLL is seeking experienced facilities and building management professionals to join its expanding portfolio in Sydney. You will be the cornerstone of building performance and stakeholder satisfaction, driving operational excellence across single or multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong resident and tenant relationships and conduct thorough property inspections.
• Implement preventative maintenance programmes and coordinate building services.
• Identify compliance gaps and risk issues early and ensure they are addressed.
• Lead operational procedures to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or building management operations, including contractor management and regulatory compliance.
• Trade qualifications or tertiary education in building/facilities management with several years of hands‑on operational experience.
• Solution‑focused mindset with a strong pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong communication abilities.
• Customer‑service instincts.
• Confident use of MS Office and reporting tools.
