Expert Health Trainer – Individual Support

About the role

Join Connect 'n' Grow as an Expert Health Trainer – Individual Support and inspire secondary school students across Brisbane South, Logan, the Gold Coast and Ipswich. You will deliver practical, engaging training that showcases real‑world careers in health and community services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and mentor Individual Support and Community Services training to secondary students at partner locations.
• Assess practical skills, provide constructive feedback and maintain training records.
• Support Certificate III and traineeship students where required.
• Build strong relationships with students, schools and industry partners.

Required profile

• Current TAE qualification and relevant experience in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or related field.
• Experience delivering and assessing vocational training.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card and a valid driver’s licence with reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to travel across the allocated region (car allowance provided).
