Required profile

• Proven experience leading an early learning service and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Completion of all National Child Safety Training with current certificates.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and quality improvement practices.
• Deep commitment to child safety, cultural safety and inclusive environments.
• Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and inspires teams.

Required skills

• Strong communication, organisation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing performance, compliance, operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
