Join Cruiseabout’s remote team as an Experienced Travel Consultant, turning customers’ cruise dreams into unforgettable holidays. You’ll work from anywhere in Australia, providing expert advice and handling bookings for ocean and river cruises.

Key responsibilities

• Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages with accuracy.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver outstanding service across phone, email and chat enquiries.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to maximise revenue.
• Monitor and act on all relevant mailboxes daily.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend the perfect cruise.

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience with exposure to sales targets.
• Previous travel or cruise experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
