About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen at Kisa’s in central Perth. The role involves preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards during service.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen workspace.
• Collaborate with the existing kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in stock management and basic inventory checks.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen atmosphere.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to stay calm and organised during peak periods.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
• Team‑first mindset with enthusiasm for supporting colleagues.
