Experienced Architecture Graduate / Architect – Sydney

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architecture graduate and a registered Architect to join our Sydney studio. The successful candidates will work across commercial, residential, education, infrastructure and inclusive design projects, collaborating with directors, clients and consultants from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist (Graduate) or lead (Architect) design, documentation and delivery of projects across multiple sectors.
• Prepare, review and coordinate Development Application (DA), Construction Certificate (CC) and Complying Development Certificate (CDC) packages.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, presentations and project documentation using Archicad.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, certifiers and authorities.
• Participate in or lead client meetings, design workshops and project coordination sessions.
• Maintain strong design, technical and documentation standards throughout project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members (Architect role) and support project delivery (Graduate role).

Required profile

• Degree and Master’s qualification in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience for the Graduate role; 6+ years for the Architect role.
• Registered Architect or actively pursuing registration preferred for the Architect role.
• Strong understanding of Australian building regulations, planning processes and construction methodologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Archicad.
