About the role
Latitude IT, a leading provider of IT solutions, is seeking an Executive Search Director to join its team in Sydney. The role builds on the firm's existing search assignments and offers a future opportunity to spin up a new business unit under Aptitude Ventures. The position is nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and developing relationships with executives and highly skilled professionals
- Understanding the needs of the business and responding quickly to market changes
- Exceptional sales and recruitment skills, working in a high-pressure environment
- Developing long-term relationships and negotiating with senior staff
Required profile
- Extensive experience in executive and senior-level recruitment
- Thorough knowledge of designing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the sector
- Proven record of building and developing professional networks
- Highly organised and results-driven
