Executive Director – Superannuation & Private Investors

About the role

IAG is seeking an Executive Director to lead the growth of its private‑markets infrastructure programme. You will expand IAG’s client base among fund managers, institutional investors and other non‑government infrastructure owners, shaping service offerings and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business‑development strategies to enter the private infrastructure ownership space.
• Design client‑focused service propositions that meet the needs of fund managers and asset owners.
• Lead client engagements, overseeing delivery to a high standard and providing strategic advice.
• Conduct pipeline assessment, due‑diligence, and valuation of infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Analyse fund portfolios to assess risk, performance and prioritise interventions.
• Collaborate with senior executives of client organisations to drive value creation and investment performance uplift.

Required profile

• Extensive network with decision‑makers at major infrastructure asset owners, fund managers or investment banks.
• Proven experience in assessing and structuring infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Track record of delivering due‑diligence and advisory services that influence investment decisions.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and communication skills.
