About the role

The College is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Principal and Leadership Team in a collaborative environment. This permanent, full‑time role involves handling confidential information and contributing to the safety and wellbeing of children.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Principal’s diary and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and track employment contracts and other administrative documents.
  • Produce online newsletters and perform mail‑merge tasks.
  • Utilise Word and Excel daily for reporting and data management.

Required profile

  • Commitment to Catholic education and the Mercy charism.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work discreetly.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with mail merge and newsletter preparation.
