Executive Assistant to CEO and EGM Commercial & Property

About the role

Airport Development Group is looking for a senior Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive General Manager, Commercial & Property. This role operates in a fast‑paced corporate and government‑facing environment, requiring strong organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and expense reporting for the CEO and EGM.
• Screen, prioritise and coordinate emails, calls, correspondence and meeting requests.
• Prepare, format and circulate Board papers, reports, presentations and briefings.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, including government agencies and senior executives.
• Support the preparation and processing of Capex applications, invoices and purchase orders using TechOne.
• Supervise the Office Coordinator and oversee day‑to‑day office operations.
• Plan and execute corporate events, stakeholder functions and executive meetings.
• Act as liaison across Commercial Business Units to ensure clear communication and timely follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, registers and document‑management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant or comparable executive support role.
• Experience supporting CEOs, Executive General Managers, Managing Directors or Board Chairs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong judgement, attention to detail and proactive anticipation of priorities.
