Executive Assistant Manager

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager will act as the second‑in‑command for the Pullman, Novotel & Ibis precinct in Sydney Olympic Park, focusing on Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Culinary, Conference & Events, Bacar, Boulevard Brasserie, Brewery Bar & Kitchen, and Room Service as an integrated operation.
• Ensure brand standards, conduct self‑audits and implement corrective actions across all outlets.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Analyse guest satisfaction data and implement action plans to improve scores and overall experience.
• Take accountability for financial performance, managing rosters, wage costs, and controllable expenses.
• Lead, develop and support Food & Beverage leaders, manage performance and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven F&B management experience in a high‑volume premium or luxury hotel with responsibility for multiple outlets.
• Strong financial acumen, including labour cost management, P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent people management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Current RSA certification and knowledge of liquor licensing requirements.
