About the role
The boutique professional services firm located in Sydney’s CBD is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of its Directors. You will act as the primary point of contact for the Director, managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare supporting documents and handle confidential information.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, draft briefs, memos and presentations, and keep the Director informed of priority matters.
- Oversee daily office operations, act as the main liaison for maintenance and services, manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain organised filing systems, process billing and debtor activities, and assist in developing company policies.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and ensure timely completion of expense reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, support visiting clients, coordinate client and staff events, and assist the Family Office division.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team as required.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Preferably exposure to the legal or tax industry.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to work five days on‑site in Sydney.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
