Event Waiter - Sydney Catering Events

About the role

The Fresh Collective, a Sydney-based catering and events group also operating in Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne, is looking for hospitality professionals to join its events service team. You will work on a variety of events at venues across Sydney, including conferences, cocktail parties, dinners, weddings and large events.

Required profile

• Availability of at least 3 days or evenings per week, Monday to Saturday
• Comfortable working different types of events at various locations around Sydney
• Passion for customer service and creating great experiences
• Personable, well-presented, with excellent English communication skills
• An eye for detail and a positive can-do attitude
• Current NSW RSA and valid working rights
• Other hospitality skills or experience highly regarded

Required skills

• Able to carry 3 plates and complete beverage tray service
• Ability to work minimum 4-hour shifts, with weekly hours between 10 and 30 depending on availability and performance
