Entry Level Sales Consultant – Customer Solutions

About the role

Join TSA Group as a Customer Solutions Consultant representing Telstra Business. You’ll work with Australian small‑business owners, understand their technology needs and recommend solutions while developing your sales and customer service expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from small‑business customers and listen to their needs.
• Provide personalised recommendations of Telstra products and services.
• Build rapport, handle questions and concerns, and create a great customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and work towards individual and team performance targets.
• Use multiple systems while speaking with customers.

Required profile

• Enjoy talking to people, building relationships and communicating confidently over the phone.
• Positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday within a 5:00 am–6:00 pm window.
• Previous contact‑centre or sales experience is valuable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

What we offer

• $55,290 base salary + super with uncapped commission paid fortnightly.
• Realistic first‑year OTE of $65,000+; top performers earn around $80,000.
• Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends.
