Entry Level Client Relationship Consultant

About the role

Join My Plan Manager, a leading NDIS plan management provider, as a Client Relationship Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providers and support networks, delivering exceptional service and helping participants maximise their funding.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients, providers and support networks.
• Deliver first‑contact resolution with empathy and professionalism.
• Investigate and resolve enquiries, process invoices and manage cases accurately.
• Support clients in understanding and maximising their NDIS funding.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service standards and performance goals.

Required profile

• Experience in contact centre, customer service, retail banking, hospitality, telecommunications, health administration or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine passion for helping people and strong communication skills.
• Positive, resilient, team‑oriented attitude with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance (or ability to obtain).

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
