Customer Service and Sales Representative – Entry Level

About the role

Join the TSA team in Adelaide to provide inbound support for Telstra customers, promoting a wide range of telecommunications products and services. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, represent Telstra’s product portfolio and provide tailored advice.
• Use effective communication to empathise with customers, resolve issues and de‑escalate grievances.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to ensure coverage during peak customer periods.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathise and engage.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and solution‑oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work‑from‑home setup.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy and multitasking ability.

What we offer

• Base salary $55,290 AUD plus superannuation, with uncapped commissions and OTE over $80,000 AUD.
• Rotating schedule Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑6:30 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am‑5:30 pm.
