Enterprise Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an adaptable, resilient Enterprise Sales Executive to win complex, high‑value opportunities and bring leading enterprise merchants onto our platform. You will own deals from the first conversation to close, open new industries for Zenith and help power the next stage of our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build a prioritised pipeline of Australia’s leading enterprise merchants, including new industries.
• Lead discovery with senior decision‑makers to understand payment workflows, business challenges and buying priorities.
• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Shape tailored integration solutions with product and technical teams and present them through workshops, proposals and negotiations.
• Deliver and exceed new revenue targets and help set the direction for Zenith’s growth in the enterprise market.

Required profile

• Proven record of originating and closing complex enterprise business in payments or fintech.
• Ability to build trust with both commercial and technical decision‑makers.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payments and ability to discuss APIs and software integrations credibly.
• High energy, work ethic and persistence to prospect consistently and move opportunities forward.
• Coachability, collaborative mindset and accountability for pipeline and results.
