Enterprise Sales Executive

About the role

As an Enterprise Sales Executive you will drive new business growth and deepen client partnerships by selling complex, high‑value solutions across Consulting, AI/Automation, and Outsourcing portfolios. This senior, client‑facing role requires a confident sales leader who thrives in fast‑paced, consultative environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert opportunities with large enterprise and mid‑market clients, delivering tailored strategic proposals.
• Lead full sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, collaborating with marketing, legal, client services and delivery teams.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline across targeted industries and regions, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking performance.
• Champion Acquire’s value proposition externally and internally, representing the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven senior enterprise sales experience, ideally in Consulting, Tech Solutions, AI/Automation, or BPO services.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high‑value deals.
• Strong strategic selling background (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger).
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
