Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

Verkada is seeking a driven individual to join its Enterprise Division in Sydney. This 12‑month program is designed to fast‑track entry‑level sales professionals into Mid‑Market Account Executives, with the opportunity to transition to an Account Executive role upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily cold‑calls, send emails and LinkedIn messages to generate qualified meetings.
• Work closely with an assigned Enterprise Account Executive to provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery.
• Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads, positioning Verkada’s value proposition.
• Use Verkada’s sales tech stack and enablement tools, reporting metrics on leads.
• Collaborate across functions to create high‑quality opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, especially cold calling.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.
• Demonstrated grit, organization, resilience, coachability, curiosity and creativity.
