Enterprise OneTrust Consent Architect & Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise OneTrust Consent Architect & Integration Specialist to lead the design and implementation of consent‑management solutions for a major Australian healthcare organization. The role focuses on building a secure, auditable, and scalable framework that meets strict regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver an enterprise Consent‑as‑a‑Service platform aligned with data governance and security goals.
• Architect consent workflows that satisfy APRA CPS 230, CPS 234 and the Privacy Act 1988.
• Lead the integration of OneTrust Universal Consent and Preference Management across AWS data‑lake services.
• Develop real‑time API synchronisation between OneTrust and enterprise data platforms.
• Implement granular access controls and consent enforcement for critical data assets.
• Collaborate with Digital, Risk, Security, Compliance and Data Engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the Australian health‑insurance or integrated healthcare sector.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, private health insurance and member‑centric digital journeys.
• Strong understanding of APRA CPS 230, CPS 234, the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.
• Proven ability to transform manual consent processes into automated, auditable frameworks.

Required skills

• OneTrust CMP, Universal Consent and Preference Management.
• AWS services: S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Lambda, Athena.
• Python programming.
• SQL development.
• Data governance and consent‑management concepts.
