About the role
Yealink is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own the full lifecycle of strategic enterprise accounts, driving retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional sales teams to design and execute targeted growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, covering upsell opportunities and customer retention.
- Deliver quarterly revenue targets and improve net retention rate across the assigned account book.
- Build long‑term strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders at key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to create and execute account growth plans.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead development to deal closure.
- Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for Yealink’s product portfolio, acting as a trusted business advisor.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the UC/AV industry.
- Proven track record presenting proposals and engaging with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience managing enterprise‑level clients with more than 1,000 employees.
