Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Monotype is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join its Australian sales team in Sydney. In this high‑impact position you will acquire new enterprise customers and expand relationships with iconic global brands, selling Monotype’s typography and creative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to generate pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor, presenting Monotype’s products and services to decision‑makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal and Finance.
• Drive outbound prospecting while nurturing long‑term client relationships through consultative selling.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts and guide clients through the decision‑making process.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, product and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activities and forecast accurately.
• Represent Monotype at industry events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of enterprise SaaS or technology solutions sales experience, preferably in design, marketing or creative technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong ability to build executive‑level relationships and work autonomously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
