Enrolled Nurse – Forensic and Secure Services

About the role

Join West Moreton Health as an Enrolled Nurse supporting forensic and secure services. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver person‑centred, safe patient care in line with NMBA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse in providing quality nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate and deliver nursing interventions within a risk‑management framework, adhering to infection control and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team, escalating issues when required.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration or membership and proof of qualification.
• Vaccinated as required by the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
• Demonstrated empathy, integrity and a commitment to person‑centred care.

Required skills

• Contemporary clinical knowledge with an interest in mental health care.
• Ability to follow instructions, support team members and maintain high standards of service delivery.
